Description:

The role of a 10k Academy mentor is to help guide, instruct, and teach the player about the game. The mentor will help the player make the best decisions to develop and progress their career as a student-athlete.

Responsibilities:

Talk with a youth player about your college recruitment process and experience and offer advice on what you wish you would have done with soccer, school, social, and self at their age.

Pay:

$35/hour

Experience

Must currently play or have played Soccer at an NCAA D1, D2, or D3 level institution or JUCO/NAIA level institution.

Skills Necessary:

• Good Communication Skills
• Comfortable Leading Groups of people
• Comfortable Teaching Concepts from videos and talking points
• Comfortable using personal stories & experiences to teach players
• Sufficient in Google Sheets/Excel
• Sufficient/willing to learn Notion software
